Role Description

This role is for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at CIRE Singapore. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to customer service, real estate sales, and property transactions within Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory & Sales
    – Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in high-value residential transactions, providing expert guidance and market insights.
  • Luxury Market Expertise
    – Stay informed on Singapore's luxury real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development
    – Build and maintain a strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), developers, and investors.
  • Negotiation & Transaction Management
    – Oversee end-to-end transactions, ensuring seamless deal closures with professionalism and discretion.
  • Brand Representation
    – Uphold Christie's International Real Estate's reputation through exceptional client service and ethical business practices.
  • Marketing & Property Showcasing
    – Develop tailored marketing strategies and conduct private viewings of exclusive listings.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury real estate sales in Singapore.
  • Strong network of HNWIs and industry professionals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-centric mindset.
  • Valid Singapore real estate license (CEA registration required).
