As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist at our fast-growing real estate investment firm, your primary focus will be on acquiring distressed, off-and-on market, and undervalued properties across California and beyond. We specialize in finding creative solutions and building win-win deals, whether it's probate, pre-foreclosure, or motivated seller scenarios. We value integrity, move swiftly, and reward results, providing you with the opportunity to either break into real estate investing or elevate your career in acquisitions with our dynamic team.Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and qualifying motivated seller leads, agents, and wholesalers. You will be responsible for building rapport with property owners and agents, evaluating property conditions, running preliminary comps, and negotiating win-win purchase agreements. Working closely with our lead managers, dispositions team, and transaction coordinators, you will play a crucial role in moving deals forward and maintaining CRM updates and follow-up sequences.We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. While real estate experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. A basic understanding of numbers, comps, and property evaluations is essential, along with comfort in making phone calls, conducting Zoom meetings, working with CRMs, and using scripts.
