The Senior Executive will support the department in areas of real estate, hospitality, and project management. He/she will be responsible for market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and providing support for real estate transactions and hotel operations. In addition, he/ she will be integral to assist with project management, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of various initiatives.

Project Management

**Market Research**:Conduct in-depth research on various countries to identify potential acquisition opportunities. Market research on various country to identify opportunity for acquisition

**Competitive Analysis**: Analyze the competitive landscape in targeted areas to assess market trends and potential opportunities.

**Financial Modelling**: Assist in the preparation of financial models and analysis to support investment decisions.

**Historical Analysis**: Perform research on past transactions and provide insights into market dynamics.

**Presentation Preparation**: Develop and deliver detailed presentations for management, summarizing findings and recommendations.

**Transaction Assistance**: Provide administrative support throughout the transaction process, including M&A activities and bank financing.

**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the hospitality industry.

**SOP Development**: Assist in the development of Standard Operating (SOP) Manuals for hotel operations.

**Planning & Coordination**: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various tasks related to hotel operations and opening.

**Hotel Opening**: Assist in the preparation for hotel openings, ensuring all operational and strategic tasks are aligned with company goals.

**Planning & Execution**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects across real estate and hospitality.

**Coordination & Communication**: Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, consultants, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

**Project Tracking**: Help organize, track, and monitor project tasks and timelines to ensure milestones are met.

**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are aligned and executed efficiently.

**Risk Management**: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to propose effective solutions.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**: Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to track project performance and make recommendations for improvements.

**Requirement**
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or project management, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in financial modeling, market research and analysis.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, consultants, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
