Job Summary
To provide administrative services to a team of Private Bankers in relation to client onboarding, investments and transactions by coordinating with relevant support and operations business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and liaise with support partners to resolve administrative and operational matters for the team
- Handle clients' enquiries/ needs and assist in servincing their requirements
- Establish good rapport with clients
- Assist the team in executing investment transactions
- Assist the team in monitoring clients' investments positions
- Handle any periodic reviews i.e. credit, KYC and Client Risk Questionnaire
- Highlight suspicious activitities/ behaviour of clients and staff (e.g. account irregularities) to the team and respective departmants responsible for it
- Attend all IPB Compliance and mandatory training
- Understanding the bank's KYC/AML/CDD framework
- Input of deals into the bank's proprietary system or raise appropriate deal tickets and complete the task meticulously
Key Requirements
- Experience in client servicing function
- Knowledge in KYC/ AML/ CDD process
- Knowledge in Private Banking product suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communciations skills
- Team player
