HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Prepare and finalize employment contracts while managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, both internal and external, to align with organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Ensure company policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards and provide guidance to employees to ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is a plus.
