**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable **Client / Guest Relations Officer**to enhance our client engagement and service experience for the China market. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests from the China market;
- Handle inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention;
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery;
- Collect client feedback and communicate insights to management for service improvement;
- Support marketing and communication initiatives targeting Chinese clients.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with Chinese culture and business etiquette;
