**Guest Relations Officer
**The Role Summary
Guest Relations Officer (GRO)will ensure that L45/L46 Executive Conference Suite users, especially external visitors, have a pleasant experience when visiting the premise & using the facilities. This role is to help improve the Bank’s image in terms of customer-service orientation and professionalism.
The primary responsibility of the Guest Relations Officer is to provide an exceptional customer experience and journey within the site and related organizations. Guest Relations Officers always carry out their duty to the best of their ability regardless of external considerations or events (e.g. time, weather, etc).
**Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all rooms in the L45/L46 Executive Conference Suite in her assigned area are appropriately set up and ready for use.
- Help improve service standards and ensure standards are followed through diligent checks and proper training of new colleagues.
- Welcome all external guests into the Executive Conference Suite, escort them into the conference room, and conducts the complete welcome routine (which includes drinks ordering and serving).
- Provide information and advice, and make arrangements to use the Client’s facilities, travel, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services.
- Handle all Executive Conference Suite user requests, unique arrangements, etc.
- Act as an onsite coordinator between the Executive Conference Suite users and the service team (stewardesses, caterers, security, technicians, cleaners, etc.) and ensure excellent delivery of services requested by users.
- Understand the services and operation of various facilities within the Client’s premises.
**Requirements**:
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently.
