Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an IT Service Delivery Manager.
IT Service Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the managing the outsourcing services within the project. He/She is responsible of constant monitoring and tracking of the project performance to ensure the project continue to deliver towards the expected outcome.
**Responsibilities**:
- Align, plan and organise project activities to meet project objectives
- Ensure allocation of resources and skills to projects in priority order
- Identify, resolve and escalate risks which could impact the achievement of objectives
- Define performance indicators, review/enhance SOP, and to communicate to project teams
- Track service performance and quality deliverables to ensure they continue to deliver towards expected outcomes, within allocated budget
- Automate processes and improve productivity
- Conduct evaluation on each project against the project objectives
- Report regularly on project's progress and recommend service improvement, if necessary
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Provide manage support service in mid-to-large organization on the IT infrastructure eg. networks, systems, and storage
- Engage in tender for service delivery solution, design, plan, costing, manage on-site delivery team
- Solution driven, able to react quickly and resolve issues so that the workflow can continue
- Good influencing and persuading skills
- Good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
- Good people management skills to motivate and lead the team to achieve/ surpass the SLA
