Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Owns/influences shop visits, spare sales budgets and operating plans. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with cross functional teams. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned Contracts
- Manage relationships with all level of customer stakeholders for assigned external MRO’s and maintain long term relationship.
- Understand and influence (where appropriate) assigned external MRO competitive environment, purchasing trends/behaviors and third party customer contract landscape
- Drive growth of assigned external MRO sales and profit per shop visit across new material, used and repair channels, assisting in sales campaigns for new/restructured contracts, support MRO growth on new engine capability set up. $/SV is the key KPI for this role.
- Lead GE Customer Team for assigned strategic MRO partner in China, interacting with members of customer support, product lines, field service and other teams to provide seamless customer experience
- Obtain and validate external MRO data and insights to support GE forecasting/planning of shop visit demand across new material, used and repair channels
- Manage assigned external MRO contract terms and conditions and fulfillment across new material, used and repair services, license agreements and other contracts
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals and regional joint venture activities
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction of assigned contracts
- Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service and / or other teams
- Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 15+ years significant experience in the sales, commercial operations or services with a minimum 3 years MRO shop experiences or equivalent technical experiences.
- Proven strategic thinking capability and able to lead a cross function team to maximize the business outcome.
- High accountability to close actions and proactively seeking for growth opportunity without being asked.
- Graduating from engineering’s degree from an accredited university
- Executive presentation fluent in English
- Detailed orientated
