**Job Description Summary**: FMDP is a two-year rotational finance leadership program and a proven path for accelerated career growth with a long history. This program combines coursework, a variety of finance assignments and interaction with senior GE leaders, as well as the global community. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- The program consists of four distinct six-months-long rotational assignments fully integrating into different business teams under the guidance of different Assignment Managers. The assignments focus on building expertise in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Supply Chain Finance while gaining exposure to other business functions and senior GE HealthCare leaders.
- Through multiple assignments FMDP members are driven to build cross-functional expertise and work on a wide variety of projects.
- The rotational assignments are also paired with formal classroom studies along with the global FMDP community to develop financial expertise and business acumen.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform in depth analysis linking financial results to operational performance. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with finance systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate for assignments.
