
Assistant Manager/ Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the planning, preparation, review and reporting of the management report, financial report and statutory requirements for the Corporate Offices
- Able to work well with multi stakeholders internally and externally
- Be a key financial resource - able to provide sound financial and practice advise to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsibilities includes oversee the preparation, review and reporting the monthly and year-end financial closing reports, timely reporting of the management report, review and management of audit reports, bankers and other statutory boards.
- As well as review and reporting any internal or external funded programs and their claims for management approvals.
- The Finance anchor in supporting the Corporate Offices in their annual budget planning, regular budget forecast reporting and updates required for management decision. As part of the budget planning, the incumbent would need to support the Group CFO and Finance Director in the analysis for review and decision on budget sustainability for Group.
- Any ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor of Accountancy degree or equivalent.
- At least 8 - 12 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of initiative
- Organized, motivated and thrive when facing challenges
- Able to work independently and be a team player in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite, especially proficiency in excel and powerpoint presentation.
- Working experience in finance and operational analytics. Comfortable in handling large data sets.
- Proficient in Python, MS Excel programming and data visualisation tool (i.e. Tableau) will be advantageous.
