You will be responsible for the smooth operation and admin support of our EMBA program. This will include the coordination of course materials, faculty schedules and the invigilation of exams. You will be the key interface between the students and faculty and provide counselling and mentoring support to the students on day-to-day issues. You will review and improve the communication methods, processes, and systems of the program office, identifying and implementing improvements.

It is a complex role with many things to learn. But it can be incredibly satisfying when you put all the pieces of the puzzle together and see the personal growth of the students over time. The student body is very diverse with 20 to 30 different nationalities represented in each cohort.

Your Job Responsibilities would be to:

- Take charge of Orientation & Registration.
- Track shipment details and as per the planner, books need to be brought down from stores and arranged accordingly to the number of the students registering.
- To keep records update with details of students' qualifications and work experience etc.
- Organize orientation workshops and regional projects.
- Scheduling & other Admin related work.
- Responsible for Faculty office set up for all faculties.
- Order and maintain stationeries every month.
- Attendance: To keep student leave records updated and to maintain leave records in an organized manner.
- Course Coordination: Prepare handouts for the courses as per faculty instruction for the batches.
- Books distribution for the courses as soon as it is received.
- Interact with faculty on daily basis and discussing about pedagogy and implementation process.
- Organize quiz sessions etc.
- Coordination of documentation to facilitate examination process and to seek necessary approval from DOE.
- Include the status on receipt of question paper in the ’faculty session details’ to be sent to Registrar and Accounts office.
- Exam files to be updated with guidelines, exam tracking sheet, attendance sheet, question paper for all the streams.
- Administration tasks of exams (on the day of exams).
- Inform IT staff regarding the exam guideline and timing to switch of WI-FI and asking them to keep 2 standby laptops for the students for any emergency during examinations.
- Exam invigilation and proper procedure of collecting test papers.

Your Job Requirements would be:

- Excellent time management skills.
- Mentoring and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

**Salary**: $1,703.66 - $7,544.32 per month
