**Job Summary**
The Project and Programs Director, Sales APAC, reports to the SVP, Sales APAC and is responsible for supporting the sales management team in defining, planning, and overseeing the execution of business-critical initiatives in the region.
The individual in this role will excel at collaboration, be outcome-oriented through others, delegate as necessary to assist the SVP, and establish trust-based relationships both internally and externally. They will resolve complex situations and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, appropriately prioritizing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.
**Responsibilities**
Leadership
- Provide leadership across the APAC sales team to ensure the effective and timely execution of business-critical initiatives
Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with the SVP Sales, APAC, in partnership with country and functional sales leaders to identify and execute programs and projects with high-profile, business-critical dependencies and outcomes
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate across internal organizations to facilitate key initiatives that contribute to achieving the overall sales objectives in the region
Communications
- Develop and drive effective communications for the SVP Sales, APAC, ensuring messaging is tailored for the intended audience
- Contribute to creating a variety of executive presentations, including PowerPoint materials, video scripts, articles, and other communication vehicles
- Provide regular updates to ensure teams work cohesively and achieve their shared goals in alignment with their objectives
- Encourage feedback from stakeholders and help manage expectations
Project / Program Delivery
- Demonstrate expertise in defining business requirements and project plans to coordinate team execution
- Take responsibility for the program and/or project delivery of agreed initiatives containing multiple high-profile/business-critical dependencies
- Participate in and/or lead teams to complete a variety of projects to support APAC Sales initiatives
