**Project and Program Manager - Asia-Pacific**

This newly created role will be working closely and directly with the APAC Program and Projects Director, you will have the opportunity to address senior business leaders across the region and possess a strong capability to collaborate with the APAC Operations Project Management teams, and management teams including senior Global leaders.

If you are a genuine “creator of process” this is a wonderful chance to work in conjunction with PMO teams across APAC to deliver key initiatives, establishing program governance for business and customer improvements, as well as be given guided responsibility for the completion of a specific business required projects.

**Responsibilities/Tasks**:

- Planning: Builds simple task list for themselves or given the tasks to detail in a plan for wider groups or people
- Stakeholder Management: Awareness of immediate key partners, and with guidance able to identify the needs of stakeholders.
- Communications: Provides personal task and progress updates within their team or project. The use of tools and template requires feedback from more senior colleagues which drive learning and development.
- Risk Management: Is aware of risks and able to demonstrate an understanding of preventative action to minimize risks to their plans.
- Project / Program Delivery: Supports the delivery of projects/programs by delivering tasks required of them.
- Resource Management (people, finances etc.): Develops knowledge of Resource Management by assisting others in tracking and maintaining project resources and timesheets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Qualification in Project Management with at least 7+ years of program management experience
- Confirmed understanding of PMO tools, techniques and methods to finish assigned tasks and previous employment in a role outside of their home country.
- Proactive approach, can adapt easily to a changing environment, and has excellent time management skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including trending analysis, reporting, etc.)
- Experience in establishing Program Management Office helpful.
