**Requirements**:
- Proven expertise in project management and event planning, with significant experience managing large-scale events.
- Strong ability to independently handle logistics, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to engage sponsors and partners effectively.
- Proficient in Google Apps, especially Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
- Highly organised, detail-orientated, and adept at time management.
- Creative, adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative while working with a team.

- An established network of contacts for securing in-kind sponsorships and partnerships.
- Ability to produce video content, social media posts, and storytelling materials to shape and enhance the Ball’s overall narrative.
This is an extraordinary opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a flagship fundraising event that celebrates four decades of AWARE’s history and successes, strengthens community bonds, and attracts new champions for gender equality.
