**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven AI Project Manager to oversee the execution of AI initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of AI projects, aligning with business goals. You will be responsible for driving project timelines, managing risks, and ensuring AI solutions are delivered within scope and on budget.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of AI initiatives
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders identifying risks, blockers, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of AI solutions, ensuring they meet the product’s requirements and acceptance criteria
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are executed cost-effectively and within scope
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to ensure that success metrics and KPIs are well-defined and tracked according to the initiative
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, conducting retrospectives, and optimizing processes for future projects

**Qualifications**
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, product, or software development environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment of a technology company.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud-based AI deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI-driven product development.
**Education & Experience**
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
**Travel Requirements**
- Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
