**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Global Retail Engagement and Program Manager is responsible for driving Razer’s brand presence in Razer's retail locations worldwide through the creation of dynamic marketing programs, including but not limited to, product launches, gaming events, and live demos. This person will develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with regional and global gaming cultures while preserving the Razer brand’s integrity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement a global retail strategy that leverages our products and services to create immersive, community-centric experiences.
- Identify opportunities to integrate hardware, software, and new game releases into retail events, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Develop unique, localized retail activations that reflect the culture and preferences of regional gaming communities.
- Foster strong connections with the gaming and tech communities by creating programs that excite and inspire, such as tournaments, product launches, workshops, and influencer collaborations.
- Lead efforts to transform retail spaces into vibrant hubs for gaming enthusiasts, offering hands-on experiences with our products and new technologies.
- Partner with retail experience and global marketing teams to integrate digital and in-store experiences, enhancing engagement across multiple channels.
- Work closely with regional global product teams, marketing, and retail operations to ensure seamless execution of programs that highlight our technology and gaming innovations.
- Collaborate with regional retail teams to customize programs that meet local market needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Oversee the planning and execution of in-store events, pop-ups, and flagship store activations, ensuring each initiative reflects our brand values and captivates the audience.
- Develop toolkits and training materials to empower store staff to effectively engage customers and community members during events.
- Analyze program performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve and refine retail initiatives.
- Utilize data to identify key drivers of community engagement and leverage insights to inform future program development.
- Serve as a thought leader within the organization on best practices for engaging gaming communities through retail channels.
- Mentor and guide regional retail teams to execute programs effectively, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in retail program management, community engagement, or a similar role, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful community-centric programs in a global or multi-regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and trends, with a passion for connecting with and inspiring gaming and tech communities.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support program implementation and build relationships with regional teams.
**Salary Ranges (per annum)**:
$118,170.00 - $196,950.00
