HR & Admin Manager

Job duties:
- Responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes
- Full spectrum of HR administration & Office Administration duties
- Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Learning & Development Programs
- Ensure the smooth execution of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as a point contact of HR aspects for the employees and managers in the BU
- Ensure compliance of Singapore employment-related laws for work-pass holders, such as residency and tax requirements etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Excellent in English and Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Human Resources, HR Practice is mandatory for this position
- Minimum 3 years’ working Experience in Office Administration
- Excellent Microsoft Applications
- Words, Excel & Power point
- Familiar with Singapore Labour Law, Salary Tax reporting & Central Provident Fund
