
Centre Concierge

As a Centre Concierge, s/he will be the first point of contact for all tenants and guests, responsible for making a first great impression each day. S/he will need to provide an unrivalled experience for our members and support the operations and ensure that all responsibilities are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
**Concierge/Front of House**
- Provide general information about memberships, events packages, assist to give directions and access within space
- Handle clients’ complaints to a satisfactory resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide concierge and office admin support services to portfolio
**Operations**
- Regularly inspect the centre to report maintenance and safety issues
- Assist with ideation and implementation of community events
- Receive and organise mail and office deliveries including organise, package and send out/courier mail
- Assist to manage monthly amenities bookings and ad-hoc payments
**Events**
- Assist in all event space enquiries, set up and logistics
- Distribute and create necessary deliverables to promote the event
**Admin**
- Assist to set up new users’ accounts, manage members’ onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist to manage suppliers/vendors and assist in the procurement or renewal of contracts
**Requirements**:
- Well-spoken, great organizational skills and resourceful with positive attitude. Able to multi-task.
- Good communication skills, with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Good operational skills, able to identify and oversee daily and annual maintenance works
- Possess relevant customer-facing experience, basic finance and administrative work background
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
