- Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery
- Manage booking, billing, backlog analysis and actively drive towards meeting revenue targets
- Perform regular business fulfilment validation with Sales, Business Unit & Customers
- Prepare and analyse periodic reports to support business requirements
- Collaborate with factory planners and logistic to support shipment plans
- Act as key interface between Business Unit, Sales, Production Planning & Operations Team

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with more than 5 years relevant experience / Degree holder with min 3 years relevant experience in business related field
- Experience in customer service or order fulfillment role in semiconductor industry
- A high level of interactive is required between internal support teams and customers, thus possessing good interpersonal and negotiation skills will be pre-requisite
- Able to work in highly customer driven environment and are expected to work under pressure with the ability to resolve work issues and resilient to changes
- Resourceful and being analytical are essential for the role with good problem solving skills and recommend solutions
- Able to work as a team, provide support and cooperation among peers and different levels in the Organization
- Proficient in Excel & relevant analytical tools are essential for the role, in addition to =having experience with Oracle ERP
- Good communication and analytical skills in preparing business analysis reports and presentation
- Project management skill is required in leading project work
