Roles & Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment Assistance

Job Description:

  • Assist the Order Fulfilment Executive in local and export order fulfilment.
  • Order entry into the system, process picking lists and coordinate with customer for delivery.
  • Manage the delivery schedule and coordinate with couriers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Update shipment status to customer
  • Outward Courier declaration
  • Coordinate monthly cycle count
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • O Level / ITE
  • With or without working experience in order fulfilment/freight forwarding preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good team player and willing to learn.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in Tuas (nearest MRT Joo Koon & Gul Circle) for a 5 days' workweek.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having a valid Singapore class 3/class 4 driving license and/or forklift license will be advantageous.
