As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient order processing and timely delivery of products to our customers. In addition to order fulfillment responsibilities, you will also be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for prospective clients. Your ability to multitask, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will contribute to the success of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, inventory management, and shipping, to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Process orders into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and send out accurate and competitive quotations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for preparing quotations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies for each quotation.
- Ensure that all quotations are prepared in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and provide clarification on quotations as needed.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor and communicate any changes in pricing or product availability to the sales team. Continuously improve order fulfillment and quotation preparation processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, quotation preparation, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and quotations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, internal teams, and sales personnel effectively.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 10kg, if required.
