Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders accurately, generating and managing order documentation, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure correct items are picked, packed, and shipped.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed within the specified time frame, answering phone calls and emails related to order inquiries or issues, maintaining accurate databases of orders and shipments, and assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports on order status, inventory levels, and shipping activities.
In addition, you will assist in managing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints, liaise between warehouse teams, customers, and other departments to ensure effective order fulfillment, and adhere to warehouse policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse administration, order processing, or logistics, and a basic understanding of inventory management and order processing.
