Job Responsibilities:

- Good knowledge and familiar with fulfillment operations practices and strategies in consumer electronics industry
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP such as order entry, administration and shipping
- Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOP
- Perform replenishment shipment to regional warehouse(s) in accordance to inventory replenishment strategy
- Review and perform order rectification prior to shipment status
- Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)
- Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)
- Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects
- Coordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Leadership team

Pre-Requisites:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills
- Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously
