We are a **_MAISON _**, the first collaborative creative perfumery house for the luxury-lifestyle generation, who want to stand out from everyday scents with sustainable haute couture natural ingredients.

We are currently seeking an **Order Fulfilment Assistant **to support the Order Fulfilment Manager in e-commerce, B2B and Distributor orders as well as boutique replenishment requisitions.

The primary focus will be on ensuring that all orders are captured and disseminated accurately to the production team and monitored closely with reduction in delay.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Take active ownership of every incoming and outgoing orders on time
- Process All orders through API
- Know how to book orders using courier **DHL ,Janio, Aramex**:

- Coordinate with multiple teams to gather and disseminate order data retrieved from the online platform.
- Co-ordinated and update the information to Customer service
- Updating tracking details on a regular basis and following up closely with the CS and production team to resolve issues and complaints and late orders
- Response to customer enquiries and issues promptly, with completeness and accuracy
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Printing designs on the bottle.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Diploma of O ’Levels
- Proven experience (1 year at least) in Order Fulfilment or Production preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry, with specific exposure to perfumes and home scents.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and distribution.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment
