**Order Fulfillment Executive**:

As an Order Fulfillment Executive, you will support the B&R Machine Automation division which is under Robotics and Discrete Automation business area of ABB. In this role, will be responsible for coordinating with freight forwarding vendors to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements, and negotiation of price, quality, and delivery time. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be supporting order to cash internal controls on documentation to ensure proper customer PO, and shipping documents are properly recorded for audit purposes. This position is based in Singapore.

Finance Operation Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintaining customer master and create credit/ debit memo requests. (for price discount/price adjustment or shipping charges adjustment)
- Monitoring credit block for delivery and open order customers
- Liaising with logistics supplier & customs department on import shipment
- Liaising with internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement
- Providing support on logistics operation solutions and ensure customer orders are fulfilled
- Coordinating shipments, delivery schedule, and related logistics workflow
- Performing physical inventory stock count periodically to reconcile any variance and year-end stock count
- Receiving/ sorting of shipments & repack to customer’s order as well as rearranging parts for local dispatch

**Your background**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Incumbent is required to have 2 to 5 years progressive customer service and order fulfilment experience
- Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements
- Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
- Must also have an excellent sense of priorities
