- ** Position : Customer Service Team Lead (Marine Shipping Industry) - ALL WELCOME**:
- ** Location : Gul Circle (Company Transport provided, Pick up at Joo Koon MRT)**:
- ** Working hours : 5 days work week, Mon-Fri 8.30 - 5.30 (44hours/ week, Saturday if needed)**:
- ** Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + Performance Bonus (Up to 1.5 Month) + Free Lunch Everyday + 25% hybrid (Work from Home)**:

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the customer service department's day-to-day operations including work delegation, service level, attendance, work performance, team’s development, setting and achievement of KPI, data statistics, performance statistics, quality supervision, competency training etc.
- Resolve challenging customer issues and guiding customer service officers in handling complex cases
- Identify order building opportunities through customer engagement
- Raise all external and internal issues through the (CIL) Continuous Improvement Log process.
- Provide HOD with regular customer feedback and propose business process improvement to enhance
- business growth.
- Work closely with Procurement and Operations teams for order issuance and purchase order.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of
- conduct reporting and addressing these and escalating issues as appropriate
- Actively participate in the Weekly Customer Service Team meetings.
- Practices 5S standard, maintain and ensure workplace health and safety requirements.
- Participate in adhoc projects/ initiatives that assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent with 5 of relevant customer management experience preferably in the Marine industry
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
- Good understanding and ability to manage a cross cultural team and customer base
- Experienced people’s manager with proven ability to encourage high levels of performance & cohesiveness within the team.
