Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience, driving sales growth, and enhancing centre performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Performance and Feedback:
  • Regularly evaluate team members' performance in providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and sales proficiency through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders.
Centre Experience Enhancement:
  • Administer and oversee logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless and well-maintained working environment comparable to a 5-star hotel experience.
Sales and Growth:
  • Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets set by management for centre growth.
  • Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets.
Workplace Culture and Etiquette:
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
