- The ideal candidate will possess excellent people management skills, with the ability to develop and coach team members in meeting individual and team service standards.
About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-centric individual to take on a leadership role within our organization. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Officers (CSOs) to achieve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and teamwork.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Manage daily operations, including workforce scheduling, data confidentiality, and data breach prevention.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide feedback, address concerns, and set objectives.
- Motivate and enable high-performing individuals to consistently meet and exceed customer centre targets set without compromising quality of service delivery.
- Drive team performance targets, Service Levels, and individual goals while maintaining data confidentiality and preventing data breaches.
