Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Escalation Management: Manage escalations from various departments, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Liaison: Liaise with other business units and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve them within the established service turnaround time.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
