Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

A successful and experienced Team Lead is required to oversee a team of customer service officers in our contact centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving team performance, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Operations

The Team Lead will supervise daily operations, monitor the performance of customer service officers, and provide coaching and feedback to support staff development. They will also handle customer complaints and resolve team-level escalations effectively.

  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring

The Team Lead will track and analyze team performance reports, identify performance trends, and recommend process improvements. They will also assist with administrative duties and support internal and external communications.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre environment. Diploma qualification in any discipline. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
