This role involves overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that all interactions with customers are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Customer Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the customer service team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills .
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a cabin crew is an added advantage .
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
