Singapore LOHMUN LEATHER PRODUCTS PTE LTD Full time

Attend to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.
- Assist in ensuring that the retail store is clean, organised and well-maintained.
- Assist customer in after sales service, eg:exchange, refund and repair.
- Ensure all merchandise and price tag are properly display before retail store opens.

Replenish stock when necessary.
- Carry out day-to-day retail store administrative work.
- Handling CRM and POS cashier system.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
- Report constructive feedback to retail store superior.
- Other adhoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 6 days work week.
- MUST be able to converse in English.
- MUST be able to work retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to travel island-wide.
- Work well with others and be a teamplayer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise, prioritize, multitask and be flexible.
- Prior work experience in retail or customer service will be advantage.
