**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Retail Supervisor**to support the daily operations of our retail store. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support retail staff in day-to-day operations
- Assist in training new employees and conducting ongoing staff development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage store opening and closing procedure.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to restock shelves.
- Handle customer complaints and resolves issues promptly.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and KPI.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS system.
- Prepare reposts on sales, staff performance, and store operation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in retail or business is a plus).
- Previous retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of stock.
- May involve shift work and weekend schedules.
