**Locations**:

- AMK
- Farre Park (City Square Mall)Bedok

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support retail staff daily
- Train new team members and develop their skills
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Manage store opening/closing and maintain store standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in retail/business is a plus)
- Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and organized
- Flexible for weekends and public holidaysFamiliar with POS systems and retail software

**Benefits**:

- Up to **$3,000/month + Supervisor Commission**:

**Full-Time**:

- AMK & City Square Mall: 5-Day (11:00 AM-9:00 PM, 2-hr break) / 6-Day option available
- Bedok: 5-Day (8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 1-hr break) / 6-Day option available

**Part-Time**:

- $10/hour, $12/hour on public holidaysMinimum 3 days/week
