We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure store merchandising and visual standards are maintained to company standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock loss
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action where necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
