Mobot is the largest retailer of personal mobility devices in Singapore, with 6 outlets island wide. Mobot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets in Singapore, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations to improve sales growth
- Ensure the store's inventory is adequately stocked and displayed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
- Continuously seek to improve store operations and customer satisfaction

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with personal mobility devices is a plus
