About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
  • Motivate, train and guide retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and oversee merchandise displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyse performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety and compliance with health & safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems).
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and shift rotations.
