Job Opportunity: Retail Store Supervisor

A successful candidate for this role will oversee daily operations of a fruit retail store, ensuring a seamless workflow and exceptional service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work schedules of store staff members
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock quantities, and arrange timely replenishment of fresh produce to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Evaluate and ensure all fresh produce meets quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers in the procurement of fruits, including price negotiation and delivery arrangements
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Plan and implement sales promotions to boost revenue and drive business growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health regulations and industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
