Fx Institutional Sales Vp/director Singapore

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively cover a portfolio of global financial institutions (includes execution and backing up clients where needed) and be a leading contributor to the teams revenue
- Developing and mentoring junior talents on the team
- Assist with the implementation of the broader strategy for the Investor client segment and develop appropriate regional strategies
- Assist management to identify new opportunities and close gaps with our competitors
- Lead/Coordinate thought leadership content for our Investor clients in the region; includes leading macro events, bring resources from the global network to Asia etc
- Communicate regularly to Regional Heads, in addition to any other relevant senior managers on all aspects of the business; results, market themes, successes, issues
- Staying on top of the regulatory and industry changes and competitive landscape
- Adhere to and cascade all supervisory training and tools to create a culture of responsibility to our clients, our shareholders and each other
**Qualifications**:
- Sufficient years of relevant experience in Foreign Exchange
- Strong Communication Skills
- Extensive knowledge of the banks and real money business
- Proven product and solution skills
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and functional partners internally
- Proven track record of successful FX client coverage**Job Family Group**:
