
Customer Service Operations Executive

Job description: - Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services - Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships - Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Routing qualified opportunities for further development.
- Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers, carriers and other service providers - Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, locally or internationally. - Provide sales support to sales managers from quote to assist them to secure
- Achieve individual, team and company goals.
- Undertake other assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by superior.
- Handling the enquiry, shipment operation and documentation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,158.81 - $4,000.00 per month
