
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on leads generated from various marketing activities and hospital referrals. Your goal is to facilitate the smooth transition of customers through the sales process, while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams such as operations and marketing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Follow-up: Promptly and effectively follow up on leads generated from marketing activities and hospital referrals.
- Appointment Booking: Engage with leads to understand their needs and preferences, and schedule appointments for them to explore our products and services.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date tracking sheet to record lead information, follow-up activities, and outcomes daily.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential customers, understand their requirements, and build relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the audiology team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from appointment booking to the sales fulfilment stage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing functions to align strategies and provide valuable customer insights gathered during lead follow-up.
- Appointment Follow-up: After the hearing appointment, follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any concerns, and facilitate the next steps in the sales process.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly tracking reports summarizing lead follow-up activities, conversion rates, and sales performance.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to engage with potential customers and build relationships.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concern.
- MS skills: Possesses basic Excel skills.
- Team Player: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with the operations and marketing functions, align strategies, and share customer insights.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
