**About Our Client**:
My client is a well-established company with a global presence in the Container Shipping industry - being an independent, common feeding carrier. Its operations have expanded across SEA and covered multiple regions. Our client has established a wide and strong network of agents and customer base to ensure its competitiveness and reliability on the services provided.
- Manage a set of key accounts (ie. needs identification, development of new businesses and growth opportunities)
- Manage a full cycle of revenue processes (ie. responding to rates/surcharges/information requests and tender negotiations, P&L)
- Manage relationships with customers (ie. answering queries and confirmation of services throughout processes)
- Review agents' performance - conduct weekly meetings to understand market trends across regions and to set agents' marketing objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (ie. Trade, Billing and Key Accounts team)
**The Successful Applicant**:
- About years of professional experience within the shipping sector, including areas such as Logistics, Forward-Freight, Cargo, and Liner Shipping
- Adept at travelling abroad for meetings with agents, approximately once per month
- Possesses a solid understanding of shipping products to understand the technical terms of the services provided in the industry
