About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive high quality BRD outputs and product compliance research to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date with international, regional, and local regulations applicable to TTS's products. This includes understanding laws related to product safety, environmental impact, labeling, packaging, and other relevant areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure product compliance across different markets. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and address compliance risks.
- Understand industry-specific standards and certifications required for different markets. Coordinate efforts to obtain and maintain certifications, such as ISO, CE marking, RoHS, REACH, and other relevant certifications based on product types and target markets to ensure all TTS products meet local legal and regulation requirements.
- Deep dive specific product and compliance related requirements (e.g. external regulatory and internal TTS policy requirements).
- Manage and update product compliance risk assessment of each local market, collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve targets.
- Building global product/listing governance related capability, mechanism, monitoring, service and support all regional teams achieve governance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of risk management experience including 3+ years of consumer product compliance/saftey related risk management experience.
- In depth knowledge of international Consumer Law requirements and consumer product safety issues in categories of consumer products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously navigating problem, solution and strategy that are not well-defined. Delivering independently, with limited guidance.
- Understanding of product compliance environment or regulatory trends.
