About the Team
Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide insights and deep understanding of content; sensitive to content quality; establish E-Commerce content standards and evaluation system, and proactively identify problems to improve content optimization, creator growth and consumer experience.
2. Establish content quality monitoring, moderation of product listing ecosystem and content traffic. Identify potential low-quality content trends through quantitative data analysis, qualitative observation, and in-depth analysis of E-Commerce short video and live content.
3. Collaborate with algorithm, product, and other teams to build distribution strategy for personalized content E-Commerce scenarios and optimize the full chain of content recommendations (including content quality control, creator management, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
2. At least 5 years technology industry work experience.
3. Strong data analysis ability, proficient in SQL, EXCEL, and other data & statistics tools.
4. Knowledge of the short video or live streaming industry.
5. Strong learning ability, with foundational copywriting and language organization ability; good project implementation and teamwork ability.
