**What you will be doing**:
The Sales Director (Singapore) plays a critical role in driving our company’s growth by formulating and executing effective sales strategies to penetrate the Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines markets. The successful hire will be handling market development and creating new bank partnerships, ensuring the achievement of significant new revenue growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to target and win new businesses within the banking sector.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organisations to understand their pain points and present our compelling solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within target banks to drive sales and partnerships.
- Meet and exceed revenue growth targets through new bank partnerships
- Provide guidance and support to cross functional team including marketing, product development and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop creative solutions for new bank partnerships.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and progress updates to executive team and C-levels executives at target banks.
- Present our value proposition, conduct system demonstrations, manage technology workshops, and business case construction for prospective banks.
- Partner with sales engineers, professional services, and marketing teams.
- Exceed annual regional goals for software licensing and professional services contracts.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Sales and Partnerships / account management in financial technology/consulting space.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, specifically in the banking as a service space.
- Existing strong relationships within the banking industry in the regional Asian markets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team (cross functions) to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results that are aligned with business strategies and goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in presentation skills, CRM software, and technically savvy.
- Demonstrates rigor, discipline, and structure in all customer engagements and internal governance.
- Deep understanding of banks and the challenges they face, including technology, regulatory, and commercial issues.
- Passionate about Financial Services and Technology.
