The Commercial Excellence Manager, Asia Pacific is responsible for process excellence of commercial teams to achieve commercial objectives. This role will allow the associate to develop and implement the relevant commercial systems, tools, cross-functional initiatives, and performance management, leading for further opportunities within commercial / operations / DBS functions.

This position is part of the Commercial Enablement team, Asia Pacific and will be located in Singapore. At Cepheid Asia Pacific, we are looking to drive the next horizon of growth with strong commercial enablement and continuous improvement.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Drive adoption, implementation, and effectiveness of key DBS tools in commercial functions e.g. growth rooms
- Act as process owner of business KPIs, leading respective operating mechanisms with key stakeholders and enabling timely consolidation, reviews and follow-up of action plans
- Consolidate APAC funnel and interact with sales leaders to drive optimization of funnel management
- Participate in cross functional initiatives including enhancement of pricing control and performance as well as go-to market projects
- Responsible for APAC channel partner management excellence by continuously improving and optimizing channel partner management processes according to company’s tools and sales and compliance policies

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related experiences
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in the field of commercial operations, sales or channel management, and/or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical ability especially with Microsoft Excel

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Effectively driving change by engaging others and getting buy-in through training and influence
- Continuous improvement experience especially ability to lead kaizen events / workshops
- Experienced in managing and delivering across multiple projects in a complex/high-speed environment
