Sandoz Asia Cluster is a market leader in the Generics segment and will continue to strengthen our leadership in new therapeutic areas such as Biosimilars.
As a Commercial Growth Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of Commercial Excellence, Launch and Project strategies. You will also work collaboratively across countries, and within the region, to strengthening the implementation, coordination and execution of launch, and Field Force activities.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Contribute to strategy development, enhance commercial excellence program in country execution and provide platform for best practice sharing to enable cross country learning.
- Maximize field force impact from improving field force plans and ensure common standards across Asia cluster. Ensure field force execution via tracking of KPIs, performance and improvement on key parameters such as Market Share, sales, Call Plan Adherence, Incentive...etc
- Design and run health checks to understand strengths and gaps of commercial excellence pillars, work with the countries to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
- Lead Incentives Committees, work with countries to design a basic or booster scheme to drive higher field force productivity
- Lead key strategic commercial projects (such as digital, marketing, hypergrowth) and ensure in country implementation to drive higher productivity
- Coordinate and consolidate the launch & strategic portfolio planning process for Asia Cluster to ensure delivery of current year launches as well as oversight of the strategic fit and value of pipeline
- Support the local launch & portfolio leads in resolving impediments to launches and in developing their capabilities where needed
- Consult, challenge and support preparation of key launches in the region

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
- Strong business acumen in Pharma/Generics, understanding of different business models and channels, SFE, Marketing and Launch background
- Ability to work well with senior leaders, lead and influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization
- Passionate about Digital and technological trends and solutions that are able to facilitate go-to-market strategy and drive field force productivity
- Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
