Commercial Lead

Job Description
  • Drive sales and commercial activities in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for regional sales growth, focusing on renewable energy solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including utilities, IPPs, developers, and financial institutions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Monitor policy developments and provide market insights to inform product strategy.
  • Deliver annual sales targets and pipeline growth, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Energy-related field.
  • 10+ years' progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of the regional energy market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead multicultural teams and work in a matrix organization.
  • High integrity, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
