Southeast Asia Sales Director
The ideal candidate will drive business growth across the region by executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and fostering strategic partnerships.
This leadership role requires strong expertise in financial services or digital payments across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategies to accelerate regional growth.
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with PSPs, MTOs, financial institutions, and corporates.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities across Southeast Asia.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in enterprise sales or commercial roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and regulatory landscape.
